General info

Discovery and first steps
Create user journey in collaboration with the stakeholders to map the workflow of our users.
Refine this process and collaborate with data scientist to have a very lean and functional MVP.

Conclusions
The nature of the projects developed by an agency is that the team usually have very little time to present an MVP and the contact with the final user is limited, regardless, is always a good idea to follow the research and discovery process as best as the team can.
Outcomes
- The project was delivered and BETA-tested in a couple of the locations with very positive feedback with the users
- The team estimate a reduction on planning for the chefs of at least 10 hours a week per chef
Opportunities & recommendations
- Due to time constraints with the project we where not able to properly integrate this tool with their existing tools
- Visiting the users in their actual work environment during the discovery, would have provided valuable insights for this tool’s implementation
